- short list: we present a shortlist of at least 4 candidates in the form of reports together with the candidate’s CV,
- organizational support: we help the Client organize meetings with candidates and then negotiate with selected candidates.
Additionally, at the Client’s request:
- references: we check the candidate’s references from previous jobs,
- personality profile: we present a report based on a completed personality questionnaire according to the selected methodology.
